The International Centre on Nurse Migration (ICNM) says 10.6 million new nurses will be needed to both address the existing nurse shortage and replace the 4.7 million nurses who are expected to retire.
WHO estimates that the world will need an additional 9 million nurses and midwives by the year 2030, and other organizations, such as the International Council of Nurses, have warned that the shortage of nurses can reach as much as 13 million by 2030 if this need is not met in an assertive way.

Our Founders

Dr. Anantha S. Babbili

President & CEO

Anantha is a distinguished American educator with nearly four decades of experience leading academic affairs of major institutions of higher learning in the U.S. With degrees in biological sciences and science communication, he is well connected to health industries and medical care institutions in the U.S. He serves on civic boards and advises institutions of higher education in the U.S., India and in Mexico on future employment trends and workforce development. He is an invited participant as advisor on the India-US Workforce Development Coalition.
Anantha has a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa, USA and has earned two undergraduate degrees in biological sciences and journalism from India’s Osmania University and M.A. in journalism from the University of Oklahoma. He is the former Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. He was the Dean of the College of Mass Communication at Middle Tennessee State University. He has been recognized as one the U.S. Professors of the Year by the Carnegie Foundation & Council for Advancement and Support of Education. Anantha taught at Texas Christian University for more than two decades and has served as the distinguished Rogers Chair of Studies in Journalism and New Information Technology at the University of Western Ontario, London, Canada.

Ms. Divya Reddy

Director

Divya is an accomplished staffing specialist and entrepreneur with 15 years of multifaceted professional experience spanning India and the United States. A telecommunications engineering expert, she holds a Master of Science degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, which has been foundational to her diverse career trajectory. Divya’s work experience includes accomplishments as the Head of Operations of the Bengaluru-based One IT Corp., Samsung Telecommunications America, WorldLink US, CSS Corp. in Texas, and Alcatel-Lucent LTE Project for AT&T.
As an entrepreneur, Divya serves as the director of Ira Enterprises, an authorized channel partner of 3M Water Solutions. Her business acumen is complemented by her commitment to education, having previously served as Director of Hyderabad Vidya Bhavan High School in Telangana.
With excellent reach into the American markets, Divya is extremely familiar with professional requirements and demands in the U.S. healthcare industry. Her work experience in corporate America fashioned excellent communication skills and marketing knowledge that provide a confident and guiding hand for aspiring RNs of India to become successful in the U.S.
